Thanks for that! My mum is always getting over charged in Asda! She often goes back with her receipt days later for her refunds!
I think I'll be printing out a copy of that page from their website, and seeing if they'll give the £2 (my mum would be rich by now)! :beer:A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
My mum checks her receipt religiously after every shop - it used to annoy me when she was hanging around checking, but usually there is something that's either been scanned twice or an offer hasn't come up.0

I was overcharged in Boots today. As I only had 3 items I spotted it right away. The saleswoman had scanned one of the items twice. When I pointed it out she said "Sometimes the scanners do that". No apology and she blamed it on the scanner. I did get my refund though." The greatest wealth is to live content with little."
