I emailed them from them from a link after login to my account.
Goood luck tho, as they will only let you use the voucher for certain flights, so you wont know until you keep entering for different flights.
Think i will ring them to see what flights are eligable!0 -

Hello there,
I'm still waiting for mine to show up, I called airmiles and they told me that lloyds could'nt cope with demand (yet they got the cards out quick enough). I feel this is a scam, even if half of us cut the cards up they are still ahead in the game.Any fool can rough it...0 -
To get the 1500 airmiles you need to log onto the airmiles website and apply for the LLoyds TSB duo airmiles credit card using the link. Once you receive your credit card you need to spend £10, once you have done this your account should be credited with a 1500 airmiles voucher, i think it can take up to 30 days for this to happen.

Just found this information on the website, hope it helps!
Any Airmiles collector will know what a great offer this is. Our flights are priced by zone with nothing extra to pay – no taxes, fees or charges. And these bonus miles alone are enough to get you 2 return flights** to any Zone 1 destination like Paris, Amsterdam or Dublin and all we ask is that when you book your flight you book 1 nights accommodation through AIRMILES. AIRMILES Zone fares are from London, for regional departures to non UK airports add 500 miles.
You’ll receive your 1500 mile voucher within 30 days of your first spend of £10* or more on the Lloyds TSB American Express® Card.0 -
Hi
I've been talking to Airmiles about this issue, and a small percentage of people who applied through the Airmiles site for the 1500 miles offer have experienced problems with them crediting. They've said they're trying to find all the accounts this has happened to and rectify it. If yours doesnt get sorted please let us know.
Here is Airmiles statement in full:
Customers who apply for a Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo Credit Card via airmiles.co.uk are currently being offered a 1,500 Airmiles free flight offer when they spend £10 or more on their Amex card in a single transaction.
The AIRMILES site links to the Lloyds TSB website at the application stage and a very small percentage of customers (less than 1%) have experienced a technical problem with the link between Airmiles and Lloyds TSB . It is this link that enables Lloyds TSB to identify customers who are eligible for the 1,500 Airmiles offer. As a result, Lloyds TSB is currently reviewing Duo card applications to ensure all eligible applicants receive their 1,500 Airmiles .

Hi Im new
Just wondering about this Lloyds TSB duo card through Airmiles site. Is it common practice and have the rest of you all entered your bank details, and is this any bank details from any banks and why do they ask for these? Just worried incase its a scam to get access to the bank accounts.
Any help would be gratefully accepted.
Thanks

just been on airmiles site, lloyds tsb still offer 1500 airmiles to new card holders when they open account and spend £10.
also if you are a big spender (£15000) a year join there new card scheme for an annual fee of £50 and get a free companion ticket when you book a flight using your airmiles, 2 for 1 for a £50 annual fee seems great offer to me
Also if you refer friends/ family they give you 200 miles, so if you want referring please PM me as i need to get another 2030 miles to get me up the 10000 miles and a flight to Sydney,
the only details they need from exsisting card holders are frist and last name and your email.
lloyds tsb will then email you with the 1500 miles offer. no spam guaranteed0 -
I am trying to book a return flight to Malta plus one night in a hotel using my 1500 miles voucher for the flight and cash for the hotel. The site keeps telling me i do not have enough miles to complete the booking.
I am going to ring them tomorrow, but if anyone has any ideas why i would be delighted to see them.Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.0 -

To use the voucher, you must go to a special section on the website.
Login to Airmiles, and at the top you will see your Airmiles balance plus "one voucher" (or possibly two at the moment as I have a discount code for AVIS car hire). Click on the voucher link, and then click the little arrow next to the 1,500 voucher to spend it.
This then takes you to an area where you select your flights - using the voucher not your Airmiles balance - and then you can continue to select your hotel and pay for it in cash.0
