    Options for Chessington Tickets
1.Tesco Clubcard £6.25 in clubcard vouchers for each ticket. Apply to Tesco by post or online if you have recent clubcard vouchers. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Ok I have ordered some of these BUT just re-read the small print and it says "offer not valid in conjunction with the KIDS GO FREE promotion"
Has anyone found out if this is the case? If so which is the cheapest option for a family of 4 2xAdults 2xChilden??
    Thanks
    Niki

  • Has anyone got any bright ideas on how to get a cheap family ticket entrance for this venue?

I tried to use the tesco vouchers but they are only valid for the theme park itself, not waterpark.

    Thanks,

    Tim.

Hi, some of my friends are thinking of going to chessington in may; what is the most cost effective ticket prices for 6 adults? I notice that the above offer needs to be used before 30th April.

Are there any bogof offers anywhere?

Also, is it true that thorpe park had some safety concerns recently?

    Thanks in advance,

    Nick.

    Hi everyone

I have read in the trade press that Woolworths are linking up with the Tussauds group for their Easter promo. All you have to do is spend £10 in-store and you will get a voucher booklet worth £200 in discounts at Tussauds attractions. I believe its due to start tomorrow (20 March) til 30 April.

The booklet includes four 241 entry vouchers to any Tussauds attraction (Chessington, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park, Warwick Castle and Madame Tussauds) as well as 2 nights for the price of one at the Alton Towers hotel. I believe its the first time this (ie the hotel offer) has been done.

I don't know any detail about the small print or exclusions, sorry.

Think I will definitely making a trip to Woolies tomorrow!

    Enjoy!

    The exclusions :-

    * cannot be used with any other offer (incl kids go free)

    * can only be used against gate prices (not online advance bookings) - bit of a pain this one as thorpe is £28.50 on the gate but £23 online

    * Valid until 31 july but a couple of exclusion periods 03-07 July (alton Towers) 10-14 Jul 17-21 Jul (alton towers & Chessington)

    * not valid for Warwick Ghosts alive feature

Family of 4 for Thorpe works out as £57 - as against £60 with lastminute.com

so a saving of £3 for myself this weekend ;)
  • Firstly I am sorry but I do not know how to quote other peoples posts.

Re Rhiannon's post that mentioned https://www.kaarp.co.uk re Chessington tickets.

Has anyone actually booked tickets via the phone number given on that website? If so did they ask any awkward questions about your job or place of work? The site says it is for public sector employees only so I guess there must be some kind of check made?

Thanks anyway Rhiannon. Its a great site if it saves us all some money.
