Alton Towers are doing cheaper "football widow" tickets.
We went there on Saturday, England's first world cup match day and it was dead quiet. Never seen the place so empty, hardly any queues.:D

Sprite is still the best deal! Thanks for spotting it, it will save me a lot! I read it here then nipped down to the shop and bought 3 bottles!

A 79p bottle saves you £14 from the price of two adults!

lastminute.com are also offering tickets from £15 from 5th July.

The Sprite offer appears to have ended. I went down to Asda today and it's two for one Blockbuster rentals now

superdrug are now doing BOGOF vouchers for Alton Towers if you spend £10 or more in store ... I got these last year and I think they give you 6 vouchers in one booklet which is excellent value
