Just to get Remoaner diatribes into perspective, remember the IMF said our growth will outstrip the G7, inflation is at long last turning towards target level, super low interest rates fell again, stock markets booming, consumer confidence at 5 yr high, exports up, manufacturing indicators very strong, retail sales booming, house prices up.
Hysterics
I'll quote this to you in 2 years and see how hysterical is all is :money:0 -

Conrad, you have on occasion called for both sides to move on. Why do you feel the need to use the words Remoaners and diatribes.
We all now have to pull together to make a success of Brexit if it can be achieved.
You know exactly my position. I voted for Britain to remain part of the (flawed) EU. I believe sincerely that leaving is a huge mistake. BUT we are we we are.
So we now need to get on with the job. The sooner it is underway the sooner Britain can take its rightful place in the world. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -

I do admire your sentiment.
However:
"We all ..."?
"WE"?
I think perhaps you mean "You all" since you have professed your desire never to return to the UK from your home in Luxembourg.
N'est pas?
Perhaps you miss the UK more than you think?
Or does Europe not possess forums even similar to this one?
Oh - that may be an idea to otherwise occupy your free time.0 -

Looks like May is setting the ground out for a snap General Election. I guess she will look to force one, through a defeat in Parliament over the EU bill. She must be licking her lips at the weakness of labour and she will not want leave number 10 having never been franked by the British electorate, which would be likely to happen when Brexit goes 'tits up':(
One step closer.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
