  • Have now received a notification from TCB to look at my claim and when I finally got in through several log in attempts and reversions to Log In yet again:mad: it says Member action required, which is to let it progress to Payable then if happy close the claim down. No indication of when this happy day will come;)

No response to email sent to the bank, but TCB say 'Hi there', assure me that they are continuing to chase my claim and appreciate my patience in this matter. Which is great as we'll be celebrating our anniversary soon.

Did you provide additional evidence / alternative order reference to get TCB to pursue your claim as based on the email we got it seems pretty much a closed door with them given I gave them the correct info (hence why went to Co-op to complain)?

Sent TCB a screenshot with their confirmation message and a date. Mine was for £105 at the end of February. Don't seem to have a reference number though for this transaction. Also mentioned the shift in status from pending to confirmed to declined. It's clear from this forum that often 'batch' decisions are made to reinstate confirmed status..

Disappointed that CoOp have chosen not to respond to complaints.

Co-op upheld my complaint as the non-payment was an error at their end, apparently due to their systems detecting I already had a current account with them which had also received cashback offer for (Quidco). Hence the £150 will now be processed and go into my TCB account plus giving me £50 comp as an apology for the error and inconvenience. Co-op have dealt with both my cashback complaints pretty promptly and very fairly so happy with that.

Yes, got this as well. Bit worried now as my TCB account in my name but Coop account is in my wife's name, will that make a difference I wonder??

Topcashback have just marked my payment as "declined" - I have queried this and expressed my disappointment as I received a communication from them very recently saying cashback would be paid in full and would shortly move to "confirmed"!!

Just catching up after being 'incommunicado' for several weeks.

I've had no notification from TCB, unless the email went into Spam and was deleted without me noticing. However, my £105 has now changed to Confirmed again.

    Only time will tell.
