Dear Official TT Representative , TT UK staff don't come out at night unless it is day time where they are usually it is either Mark/Vicki/etc or one of the regular OCE's but pop us back later today


My experiences with TT shall not be aired on this forum, since this forum is a voluntary entity, and may get responses today, unlike talktalk community fora which are in real time + 2 or 3 days

talk talk "were" cheap and cheerful , they are no longer cheap and they are a hazard holding your data

Addendum..... Schoolsbroadband.co.uk is nowt to to with TT by the way AFAIK and I can't really be 'rsed either to check more except it's probably EXA Networks , which may or not be part of TT

Ask me what they offered for their breach of their data(might have been my data of course)
ExtraTV channels that I won't watch, that I left sky for
A sim that cannot match my unlimited Gbps download with 3 and roaming in Europe included within my package from 3
A free health check of my broadband (which I have already had paid 65 quid for a no fault found by openreach but, then suddenly my sync rate went back from 7900 Kbps to the original 15000)
Unlimited UK landline or mobile calls (one I already get and the second one I get free with my mobile contract)

Oh and that's all folks.
They say this is by way of a "Thank You"

I hope they raise their prices soon so I can exit my contract.......

stuck with "beardie" (branson) but its thru uswitch and for 12 mths and over £15 cheaper than <rob u and Co>


oh , the 72 meg service I was paying for never exceeded 41 meg , beardie is giving me 50 meg
