EEk I know - they are maturing earlier and earlier. I noticed on hols she is developing a wiggle when she walks and 'suddenly' growing up in front of you. No development up top yet tho, but she keeps checking on a weekly basis for swelling  - tbh by 16 I was still indented skinny all over so she will deffo be bigger than me at 16 - fingers crossed. So being older and post kiddies I now have the bigger chest I wished for :p, but didn't specify anything else - so now have the bigger belly and extra weight to go with it :o - be more specific with your wishes girlies :).

Yes Head at DS school he started at this week very clear to parents - do not adjust hemlines despite pleas from your daughters its not allowed. CAn't remember which but one of local schools has just gone trouser only for girls.

Hopefully they'll be so tired out this week with school they can return to dreams of sealing wax and other things .................. Keep calm and carry on :rotfl:

    :rotfl: me too :D
DH has a photo of me somewhere from when we first met and I was skinny and flat chested :o I hate that photo!
I got the chest I wished for too after having kids but also forgot to be more specific with my wishes :rotfl:
I guess I'm so used to DS1 being naive and immature for his age I never expected DD to start turning into a stroppy teenager at 10 years old :o

Ditto DS is a monkey and pushes the envelope but deffo in the above bracket. Maybe its more of a shock to parents if DD comes after a DS as the 'normal' progress you've learnt doesn't apply and you seek new strategies. Instead of muttering like a mad woman under my breath I shall vent here (tho not to often only in extremis :)). My DD 91/2 so I still have a way to go ... hugs to all.

. Also for cheap fillers haribors reduced to 5 pence as are the wine gums and milky ways marked up at 20 pence going through at only 10 pence each cheaper than buying multi packs hth cx
  • There was lots of chocolate and sweeties RTC in my Metro this morning.
4 pack of Mars Bars were 89p, big bars of Lindt half price or less along with T's Finest chocolate bars as well. There were loads of other sweeties like cola bottles and dolly mixtures all rtc as well. Didn't have my phone so couldn't take notes but might be worth a look if you're in anyways :)
