Did the £17 code come off Tiger even though the spend was less than £60?

Right progress update. DD came in after seeing her support worker and he has said he wants to see her once a week again and has put her back on sleeping pills. She of course blamed me for it and said I have set her back 6 months. However I know that she has been quite down since starting the therapy and her Cognitive therapy is 2 weeks behind cause counsellor was away. She told me a couple of weeks ago she was not coping and i had told her to see her support worker again and of course she ignored me.
She was angry but in the end we had a nice chat and she went off shopping with a smile on her face. Mental health treatment in this country can be great but I think you need to be honest when you are not coping and ask for help. A week or so of sleeping pills will help regulate her sleep and ultimately help her.
I am feeling crap cause my diverticular disease has flared up today ( due to a Cambridge Diet Peanut Bar I think) but am resting and doing housework when I can. DD is going to buy my underwear for me and do my fake tan and nails later.
She is such a lovely kind person I just wish she felt better about herself.
As to the holiday I am veering towards going as you are all right I need a break. Also eldest sis is hard work and younger sis is desperate for me to go.
Thanks all again I feel much better in myself now. I know my DD will be fine in the end.
1st day of proper food in 6 weeks today so what shall I have chicken breast and salad or cottage cheese or tinned tuna with veg or salad?

hugs to you Rose hope things get better soon its true that people lash out at those they are closest to at least she had a smile after..

go on holiday and enjoy yourself xx

I found a pile of these this morning, SEL £1.50 but they scanned at 75p. I think the ones you need have the older-style wrapper.

I've just been to get the 10 ways dark choc. Scanned on scan and shop as 1p but when I went to pay it changed to £1.50!
    No thanks
I didn't see the pizza deal until I got home ANNOYING! Might just have to go back even though there's no room in the freezer!
  • Just read this from the 25% thread on the main page
Some of the 3 for 2 wines already have the reduction applied, for example the £7.49 Roko wine is coming up at £5. But others are coming up at full price (Turning Leaf Pinot Grigio) and you get both the 3 for 2 and the 25% off. HTH

Interesting! ^^ maybe tesco are now manually reducing them ?!

    :rotfl: me too :D
DH has a photo of me somewhere from when we first met and I was skinny and flat chested :o I hate that photo!
I got the chest I wished for too after having kids but also forgot to be more specific with my wishes :rotfl:
I guess I'm so used to DS1 being naive and immature for his age I never expected DD to start turning into a stroppy teenager at 10 years old :o

My DD is also 10, going on 15.
She decided this morning that her school shoes didn't fit (they do), so she needed some new ones.
I told her she could get the next size up pair from underneath her bed, bought in last years Clarks sale. So off she goes , 2 minutes later she comes stomping down the stairs telling me she will not wear "those" shoes upstairs.
I told her she could happily get a new pair to which her eyes lit up, until i told her she would have to pay for them:rotfl:.
She then shut up and put her old pair on.

I'm glad i'm not the only one going through the strops at such a young age.
