10 ways say 5, SMS says 10 (but sms doesn't specify flavours)
Could be our test shoppers bought a flavour that didnt work, could be that both fb groups have jumped on an expired glitch
Could be area, I notice the peeps that got the discount were way north of the borders, I have not seem anyone south of the borders confirm the discount, more than likely I am wrong again probably missed a post or two0 -

DD started back to school this morning :j:j happy to leave her in the capable hands of someone who gets paid more than me to put up with the strops(although I bet she wouldn't dare at school!)
10.30 PM last night she decides that the shoes she whined for aren't what she wanted after all (after seeing someone else's on FB):mad:
TOUGH TITTIES love:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
The last bit made me :rotfl: xCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Thanks Tigerwhite, Tinyshoes and Rhosynbach for yesterday
Well couldn't get out yesterday - anyone done the wine deal this morning and which price is 25% coming off today (crosses fingers and hope you all say the same as yesterday)?fairclaire wrote: »Good morning

DD tottered out the house in her new school shoes this morning.
She insisted on having heels and swore blind to me they're allowed heels and that everyone else would be having heels and no matter what I said she wouldn't listen to me (she obviously knows best)
Got to school and chuckled to myself because all her mates were in flats and i'm pretty sure the new uniform policy is no heelsbut i'm letting her figure it out for herself
Be such a shame if she got in trouble on the first day :rotfl: (would be her own fault though)
Luckily we bought 2 new pairs of shoes (B1G1HP) so she does have flat shoes to wear anyway.
Oh and I really hope her feet hurt too(I'm such a bad mother!)
Fairclaire and Dipdap these made me smile so much. My DD just going into Yr 5 but becoming a right fashion diva (she doesn't get it off me). On holiday she would only wear certain clothes - could cry at those not worn that were lugged over (as too cold to wear last year). Hey ho - her favourites were a short black, synthetic dress with shaped roses passed on from a friend just before we left - hot as hell to wear and OTT, and a top and skirt outfit with metal discs from the market while we were there (think belly dancer). Only once out she felt so over exposed with the latter and covered up with pink shawl I insisted she take. What do Mum's know hey
. The requests for high heeled shoes have already started and been refused but will go on. DS knows I am the expert in broken record technique and just gets on with it - DD I am sure will continue to ask ... hey ho.....
I have been having a few tough titty moments and wishing for wardrobe malfunctions for her - so you both made me feel better about those, as I had been giving myself the bad mummy message too but they just have to get on with it! :rotfl:Thanks for the laughs and shared experience....:)0 -

Sounds terrible but I was glad to see the back of her this morning
Then Ive got DS2 wanting to do practise walks to new school several times a day!! because the timings are out. We did it yesterday morning and it took 1 minute and 40 seconds longer than he thought it should. So he wanted to go again last night and we got there too quickly......he's refusing to factor the zebra crossing that we have to wait at in..............
Awww bless him. The things we do
I was also glad to see the back of DD this morning.
But that was mainly because her and DS1 have been bickering a lot recently and I'm enjoying the peace
I think they need to go back to school just to tire them outHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

DDs just gone into yr6 today so your story sounds similar to what I've experienced recently
The new uniform code is skirt, shirt, tie (all the jazz you'd be wearing in an upper school) so obviously it's novel to the whole lot of them as they're still in primary school.
I'm sure the skirt will end up shorter than when she left the house (it was down to her knees!).
If I remember right I did the same kinds of things when I was in upper school so it's hard for me not to end up laughing in front of her :rotfl: only difference is she seems to have developed more up top than I had by the time I was 16! :eek:Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

PIZZA (thanks to Neosi)
Buy 2 x cheese pizza 460g and 2 sides of samosas, (plus at least 8 fillers e.g. flump, onion, ginger, carrot etc). Cost of £6 and get a PP back of approx. £5.30. This compares against M.
If you buy 4 cheese pizza and 4 sides for £12, you get a PP capped at £10. So you can buy any sides (breaded mushrooms, wedges, onion rings etc) and therefore less fillers. they come up as N/A so wont impact your shopping or add to your PP.
INDIAN
Buy 2 indian meals (either korma or Jalfrezi) and 2 sides (of spring rolls). Costs £6 at the til, get a PP back of £3.. something TBC.. This compares against A.
er now :-)
O.K. - So I am being a little slow... tried searching on T's website, which kind of tesco cheese pizza is it please, fresh or frozen or whats the RRP (I know I will have to hunt out the deal in my store!! Thanks to Tiger and neosi for the heads up - DD back to Uni next week so will stock up for her xx:):)0 -

Ooh FC hugs to you - yes DD like that too. I banned any kids american tv progs just before we went away (they had crept in icarly and all that) - that's all I can put it down to. Tho I'm also beginning to wonder if hormones are beginning to play a factor too. I think its those highlighted words that get to you the most as we are not like that - hopefully a phase.
Hope DS2 begins to 'get' the crossing factor in his timings and factors the longest one in. Keep smiling :A0
