Nearly fell over when codes page popped up - problem being I only had chance to write down one code before the site crashed and chucked me out - any ideas if there is anything I can do about this - dont even know how to redeem the one voucher code I managed to get?

Lucky! Try going back to the page in a few hours. I know the first week when I got mine my codes were just available on the page for me to get whenever.
I managed to load the page at 16:07 and got the following message:
"We're sorry but due to the popularity of this reward, the Cineworld family vouchers aren't currently available to book.
Try your luck for one final release of vouchers on Friday 23 August, 4pm."
In 7 minutes? When the site wouldn't even load during that time? What a load of old &*($!0 -

If you haven't done so by now, log in to Sky Rewards and click on the voucher offer, your allocated voucher codes will appear for you to use.
To redeem them, you have to book online at Cineworld.
There are exclusions. You can't use them for Orange Wednesday for example.0 -
