I've just tried a standard reply post (with link) and a pm and both worked without smilies.

We would really appreciate your assistance in resolving these glitches. What we really need are those "Event ID" numbers you are seeing.
If you see one of these "Your request has been blocked" pages today we would be very grateful if you could follow the instructions on the screen and email us. Remembering to include those priceless "Event ID" numbers
