No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries in April

I've had a good month - no purchases at all and the only purchase I made in March was of E45 shampoo on the advice of the pharmacist due to my itchy dry patch on the underside of my head.
Also 17 UUs (some were sachets) and 14 GAs.
On to May! See you all there!"Why, this is hell, nor am I out of it."0 -
Have another uu
Lavera Sensitive hand cream - 20ml, this was from a Beauty box a while back, I WBA as it absorbs quickly and smells like health food shops (which I quite like). Have replaced it with a Madara hand cream.
I think that will be it for April for me, see you all in May.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Hello all!
I have some things to report, I went to Boots today and got a couple of facial sunscreens that were on half price plus I used a £5 Nivea voucher I received after making a complaint about one of their body moisturisers (advanced hydration, it was so tacky and synthetic!).....
INs
Nivea Facial Cleansing Wipes x 25 (Fragrance Free)
Nivea Facial Cleansing Wipes x 25 (Pure & Natural)
Nivea Facial Cleansing Wipes x 25 (Refreshing)
(These were also on offer £2.99 each or 3 for £5!!so free after my voucher!)
No 7 Beautiful skin cleansing water 200ml - I use this to clean my make-up brushes
No 7 Beautiful skin purifying exfoliator 75ml - I have no face scrubs in the stash now
(Bought both of these with £5 No7 vouchers)
These are the facial sunscreens....both are HG products of mine as I'm very fair, freckly and prone to pigmentation (not to mention I have a lot of moles) so a good facial sunscreen is a must for me from now until about October.
Soltan Face SPF 50+ 50ml
Soltan Face Once SPF 30 50ml
Also a UU - Philosophy Eye Hope eye cream sample 2ml - WNB - I would recommend getting a sample if you're looking for a good anti-ageing eye cream as it was like a balm and sunk in very quickly, I would not buy it though as I prefer gels to creams.
Will do my sums shortly! No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

I've already posted in the May thread, got carried away
times flies as it is!
No more INs for this month, not very many UUs either but everything I use are going down gradually.:p
Been a lovely sunny day today, had some time off so been out in the garden.
See you all next monthc:DLife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Small IN. Daily Mirror had a 30% off voucher which brought the price of A!di's 15 SPF day cream down to a ridiculous £1.09. My Olay is running low so duly purchased, though I did take note of the advice on SPFs, but let's face it, sunburn isn't a huge risk these days.
Now I've had another shampoo and a look at it in good light, I'm really impressed with my 50p hair dye job, the colour - medium brown - has some lovely tonal effects. Food for thought.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -

Final UU of the month
L'oreal Lumi magic - I used this as an undereye concealer it was OK but nothing special - im still in search of my HG.
Despite still buying too much, this month I managed to ebay some products I will never use so it did balance out my spending.
I ended the month -35 items

On a positive note I am managing to use up some of the relics of my stash.
So only small steps but at least they are in the right direction. No more buying toiletries0
