Given that Atos only had 11 of these machines to cover all 141 of its processing centres given your claim that "we now have more kit available to us" how many does Atos have now?
Could I sugest if he has not answered a question you keep repeating it untill we have the answer.Signature removed club member No1.
It had no link, It was not to long and I have no idea why.0 -
Could I ask the ATOS rep if ATOS has made any complaint to MSE regarding posts related to comments about ATOS?
I am not talking about coments in this thread but external complaints from ATOS to MSE, i.e a take down notice or legal threats.Signature removed club member No1.

Last time I saw (official DWP FOI) details there were just 11 for 141 assessment centres and around half were broken. I hope this has dramatically improved.Given that Atos only had 11 of these machines to cover all 141 of its processing centres given your claim that "we now have more kit available to us" how many does Atos have now?
Muttleythefrog, schrodie and others who have also asked. Apologies for the delay in getting the answer, but I have been getting the most recent number for you. We currently have 52 devices in place and numbers fluctuate in terms of those out for repair – it’s usually less than about 5 at any time“Official Company Representative

It would be interesting to see how often the Pre-Board Check system is carried out and how often ESA113 forms are issued!
schrodie, a paper review (sometimes called a pre-board check or scrutiny) happens for every referral we receive from DWP. An ESA113 will be issued whenever it appears that with further information from the GP it might be possible to provide advice to DWP without the need for a face to face assessment. Unfortunately we do not always receive a response. If a response is received after a face-to-face assessment has been booked the information will be reviewed and the assessment cancelled if it is no longer needed.“Official Company Representative

Can I ask how many on medicals In total across your all of your centers you do a day ? A rough number will do.
Just so we know how many these 50 recorders may have too go around if everyone started to have there medical recorded.
Which is what many of the charity's now advise.:jYou can have everything you wont in lfe, If you only help enough other people to get what they wont.:j0 -

In that case can you please answer my question posted at http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=58555081&postcount=129 and http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=58804025&postcount=369 which asks you to:
"explain the decision making process that decides whether a claimant is required to attend a WCA or not? In 2011, I received an ESA50 to transfer me from Incapacity Benefit to ESA. I completed the form and was granted ESA (work related activity group) without having to attend an assessment.
Approximately 12 months later (in the same week) I received another ESA50 and a DLA renewal form. As the questions are very similar in both forms the answers provided were very similar. More so, as my condition had neither improved nor deteriorated in the 12 months since my last ESA50 was completed, the form was more or less a carbon copy of the previous form with the appropriate changes to medication etc made. I was awarded DLA at the same rate for 2 years yet this time I was called in for a WCA with regards to ESA. I find this lack of continuity extremely confusing. If I received enough points from the paper sift one year why did I not the next when the forms were almost identical?"0 -

Out for repair!!!!! Who are responsible for breaking these expensive machines and who pays for the repair???
How are these expensive machines being broken??
So up to 5 expensive recording machines are being [continually] being "broken".
So we still don't know how many WORKING machines are available to protect sick and disabled people from being the victims of sub-standard WCAs!! We only have an estimate!!
How shocking but not unexpected!0 -

That's very strange because according to DWP Here the following applies to an NHS GPs completing an ESA113
"NHS GPs are under a statutory obligation to provide certain information to a healthcare professional working for Atos Healthcare on behalf of the DWP, in respect of patients that they have issued or refused to issue a statement. This includes a requirement to complete IB113/ESA113 reports when requested by Jobcentre Plus."
I very much doubt that GPs would want to break the 'The National Health Service (Primary Medical Services) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010' Here
Again a very "interesting" answer!!!0 -
How are these expensive machines being broken??
Hi schrodie, as with any “mobile pool” equipment can sometimes get broken in transit. We obviously try to take steps to avoid this.“Official Company Representative
