They are on here to answer questions about their role in the WCA process, and they are answering these questions. They cannot comment on individual cases on the forum, this is what you are asking them to do.
I have explained how you can get answers to your questions. But rather than thanking me for this information and acting on it, you simply moan some more. I don't think you want help, you want to cause trouble.0 -

I'm asking what is meant by "The level of disability is unclear" basically why is it unclear and what exactly are we suppose to send them? to make it clear!

Given that the DWP has not put in place a policy for universal recording of assessments with recording equipment set up as standard in every site, the circumstances are different to the police. We can’t cover suppliers’ details on the forum, but just to reiterate, we are happy to try and accommodate customer requests for audio recording. Whilst we can’t get away from the fact that our kit has to be mobile and transported to different locations, we now have more kit available to us and we are working hard to get on top of current requests.
Given that Atos only had 11 of these machines to cover all 141 of its processing centres given your claim that "we now have more kit available to us" how many does Atos have now?0 -

How can you say they are answering these questions, when they still have not responded to a very simple two asked on the day this thread was created?
Asking what is considered medically reasonable in terms of a mobility aid and also questioning why for the one activity do they find it justifiable to change the aid based on the descriptor (i.e chair for mobilising yet crutches for stairs when one can not then get the chair to continue mobilising) should not have taken well over a week to get a response.0 -

ATOS we are NOT customers . Any company who treated its "customers" such as you do would quickly go out of bussiness i assure you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sadly the employers of Atos are the DWP ergo the government and as Atos are there to throw sick and disabled people off their benefits by sticking to their targets so called "customer service" is of little interest or importance to Atos as shown by the horror stories you heard form MPs about the inhumane treatment that Atos subjected sick and disabled to.0 -

In the places I have worked, it generally involves the use of the lift under supervision of two designated members of staff to ensure that nobody is discriminated against due to the office location being above ground floor level. If a genuine fire means the lift is inappropriate, the further policies list staff with the specific physical task of getting people downstairs.
Otherwise, it would be illegally discriminatory for wheelchair users to be housed in flats with lift access, and there would be records of ATOS staff being denied access to their employment on the grounds of their office being upstairs.
I understand your point here. However, Atos Healthcare is asked to follow the health and safety guidance provided by the DWP for the small number of Centres without ground floor assessment facilities.
Due to the unpredictable number of people (and those accompanying them) with mobility problems in the Centre at any one time, it would be unsafe for the small number of Atos Healthcare employees to assist everyone who could not use the stairs in the event of a building evacuation.“Official Company Representative

Also can we ask for proof from a HCP that they are trained in this field???
All of the health care professionals who might assess you receive training in how to consider mental health issues for the purpose of the Work Capability Assessment as part of their initial training. They also have access to Mental Function Champions for advice on anything they need assistance with either during an assessment or when writing the report.“Official Company Representative

Couple of points regarding this response.
Mark Hoban has said (not that that matters to Atos) that:-
The Commons Work and Pensions Committee heard evidence from Mr Hoban, who said: "There's a challenge in ensuring interview centres are accessible. What we don't want to do is to get people to turn up to centres that they can't effectively access."
Mr Hoban said that, in cases where wheelchair access was not possible, home visits were offered as an alternative"
Given what Hoban has said above how easy do you think it is to get Atos to offer to a home visit!!!!!!!!! You have more chance of winning the lottery!
Also it is worrying to learn that Atos don't know how many people are going to turn up to their processing centres! Presumably this is because Atos deliberately overbook processing slots so sick and disabled people are left waiting sometimes in great pain in ill-equiped waiting rooms.0 -

From Here
They provide specific advice to healthcare professionals by phone and they are regularly available in the assessment centres and the larger centres where initial filework assessments are carried out, before the customer has an appointment made.
It also seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at Atos!!
