I've just been unlucky enough to come across a post in Postal, and found this one when I checked for more spam from her...
Please could you all hit SPAM on post 15 in this thread - grrrr
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4005005My light may be on, but that doesn't always mean I am looking at the PC - I am far more likely to be cuddling or feeding Tianna atm, so please don't think I am ignoring you if I don't reply quickly
Our Precious Baby Tianna has now joined our Family, she is much loved and very welcome, xxx0 -
Gone now :-)0

I could be wrong, but I don't think the BGs actually deal with abuse, and major aggro, the most they are allowed to do is lock the thread. Then MSE Towers/admin investigates it and decides on action required.
edited to add... Just to clear up things for the BGs, this is stated in their signatures.
"However, please do remember, board guides don't read every post. if you spot an inappropriate or illegal post then please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com (it's not part of my role to deal with reportable posts). "
you're right mamzie, the best thing to do with the trolls posts are to report to the team straight away &/or press the spam button & not quote the posting/s,

Thanks Mamzie, I didn't know that, but it makes sense because on Saturday it hardly took any time to get rid of that thread, once Toniq (sp?) had suggesting hitting the spam button :money:I am brave, I am bruised
I am who I'm meant to be
I'm not scared to be seen
I make no apology
THIS IS ME!

there used to be a notice in the forum rules as to 'not feeding the trolls' & to just ignore the postings, not quote & report straight away to the team, but can only find this one now..
Forum Etiquette
Don't feed the trolls : Sadly the web has a habit of throwing up a very small but vocal number of trolls, people who are nasty or contrary just to get a rise out of you. If someone's doing this, simply don't reply, just report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com. If you get involved and fling mud back, you risk being barred from using the forum too.please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0 -
Hope this is in the right place.
I received the ''we can't deliver your item because there is a fee to pay" card from RM today due to the sender not paying the full postage. Has anyone received this before and gone to pay the amount and found it to be a good win? I'm very unhappy to not only go to my local sorting office but to hand over £2.50 for something which may be junk (or could be a win). I may well just leave it to be returned to sender.
Did anyone have the same thing occur recently or have any advice? I'd appreciate it, thanks.0 -

You can ask to look at the item before you decide whether you want to pay. I don't think I've ever had a win that didn't have sufficient postage on it, but I suppose it's possiblexx
