I believe it's because if we use the full name all the posts on MSE can turn up in search engines such as G00gle, which makes it a lot harder for people to find what they're actually looking for.

I am so dense, I thought it was because they were watching us
    Silly me :rotfl:

cheeky beggars :p I think there's still loads left in London, I'm having a NSD today so didn't go to check.
I've updated the Mr A list with things that look a) storable b) a good deal c) not junk food.
If I've missed anything good please let me know.
Mr M's website is pants, so I can't update that as you can't tap in to search and it doesn't work on mysupermarket grrr.
I'm working out prices per 100g or kg as well so we can get a fair comparison, they're still shrinking tins :( ambrosia is now 400g instead of 425g.

oooh a name for my little shop - will put my thinking cap on. My store is starting to get some stock but I haven't ran out of anything yet to buy from it - lol

Was in Mr S and they have canned pulses on offer 5 tins for £2.00 - yesterday I bought 20 tins thinking the cost would be £10 but no it was £8.96 so some other discount kicked in - I bought a general mix of the tins, today I went back and bought 8 tins of the most expensive tins the mixed pulses £1.22 so I saved a lovely £8.22. The offer is only on the pulses in water, I am almost tempted to go back for some more tomorrow as we love adding these into veggie stews and chillis !!!

I totally agree - wish they were included on my supermarket website - it would make life so much easier.

It is nice to see lots of people doing this and a big thank you Kerri I really appreciate all you do :T:T:T

The shop names are great! Cant stop thinking about all the beans we are collecting, the SM must wonder why they are selling so many!
Gonna get the tins of pulses, use loads of these, so this can be my first purchase on Thursday!

My Hubby said Old Mother Hubbards would be a good name at the moment as there is NOTHING to eat!!! Oh yes there is but I know what he means.. I was thinking of where to put all my stash and just think it will fit anywhere and everywhere.. Im the manager so can do what I want, Right?
Think Ill close half day on a wednesday and have a massage with me profit!!!
