    Week 14

    Hubby was off today so took advantage of the extra pair of shopping hands and got some more food from farm foods (£50). Got home to re-assess my meal plan and realised with a bit of tweking I can successfully cook a meal every night until (and including) 23rd December. (see next post) All I will need to buy periodically are: bread, milk, cheese, eggs, baked beans - and sausages.

    Have still got to get some more fizzy pop, bacon and beer (apparently).

    babywiggle has discovered his passion for finger food now which not only cuts down the amount of milk he is drinking
    :j but also the amount of baby jars we need to buy :j:j. Tho I do need to stock up on nappies and wipes (LOVING Asda Value wipes they are SOOO cheap and SOOO amazingly good.)

    Also need a new clothes airer.

    Week 14- a summary

    Now I'm back at work it's almost impossible to update this daily. Am therefore keeping all my receipts and document every purchase on a spreadsheet. That way can update my summary every week*.

    (*tho thats not to say I will NEVER do a midweek drop in).

    Lets just urmmm omit the "present" spend shall we......... actually tho I made a list of what to get and realised there were 9 women to get for. Discovered Bodyshop's £25 off £50 spend code so got them all there £35.88 (instead of £60.88 - plus there were some 3 for 2's in there).

    Food is large but I got both christmas joints (£7.90) and the rest of the food to make the above meal plans. The only fizzy pop i actually got was 8 tins of pepsi for £2 :D

    Targets:

    Food shopping =
    £56.14/ £20
    Baby shopping = £10.93/ £20
    Cleaning = £0
    Personal care = £0

    Misc = £19.27/ £20

    Impulse buys = £0/ £10

    Days out = £21/ £20
    (took toddlerwiggle to the cinema - had 3 tickets that had been bought previously on a living social offer which saved us £27).

    meals out/ takeaways = £0

    Clothes = £0
    Presents (birthday/ Christmas) = £46.04/ £10 (also bought babywiggle another christmas pressies for £19.99 but had £20 vouchers to cover that).

    Total spent = £153.38/ £100
