    For your signature

click on the green toolbar at the top, where is says Quick Links with a down arrow. Then choose edit Signature.

Type in what you want in the box, editing colours, size (don't go too big, it reduces what you can have) and then go to the bottom of the box where it says save signature. Hey presto you have a signature.

    For multiple quotes.

Choose the first quote you want to quote. at the bottom of the box you will see quote and then 2 speech bubbles. Click on the 2 speech bubbles. It will put a tick in the box.

Then scroll down to the next post you want to quote, if this is the only one you want to quote, click on the first quote button, and it will quote the 2 posts for you.

If you want to quote more than 2, just click on the other posts, using the 2 speech bubbles. When you have finished the last one needs to be the quote button.

If you want to edit the posts that you are quoting, you need to carefully delete the extra bits within the
buttons, if you don't, they come out looking funny.

    practise makes perfect :D

Hope you feel better tomorrow. Migraines are not good.

For haircuts.... I wait until my hairdresser or a very good hairdressers is having model days, when they offer free haircuts and colour, and get it done then.

One Hairdressers were recommended to have me on their books as a model for their trainees by the Assessor but the girl she was talking to wasn't enthralled by the idea. Shame :(

Another thing is talk to local colleges who offer hairdressing courses. Their students always need models and their haircuts are cheaper. And ALWAYS supervised by a Manager or Supervisor, who checks the cut and colour, so no chance of something going wrong.

food 120 a month.(can i get it down and still want to be alive?)

virgin 33 (broadband and eve calls. i dont have tv)

Food at 120 a month seems reasonable to me. My budget is very similar and allows me to buy snacks and the very-occasional takeaway (which I try my very best to avoid). It will always be harder to cook cheaply for one than it is for multiple people.

I do not watch TV myself, and have Sky "unlimited" broadband up to 20 MB speed with evening/weekend calls for 24 pounds a month. This price includes line rental. That is already an automatic saving of 9 pounds a month. I believe that there are some cheaper alternatives out there. I recommend changing your broadband/telephone provider assuming that there is no problem for you being tied into a 12 month contract.

Things always seem easier when the sun shines! I hope all goes well today: just think anything you do in the garden now is quite likely to stay put till spring... apart from things that get blown about by gales I suppose, but growing things won't go wild so you will have the fruits of your labours to enjoy for a long time.

All the best for the job apps, creative work and weight loss. :) Those would be hard work for me, but you seem to be more disciplined than I am! Keep us posted on progress. :)

P.S. I heard the phrase 'shop at home first' (i.e. what you already have) on an American website - which I can't at the moment find - but that approach helped me with the habitual shopping.

thanks aesop, what a fab idea. funny thing is i have just been offered an allotment after years of waiting. i was going to let it go as i want to move in the next year, and it costs 50 pounds, :o but what if i dont move wouldnt growing my own floers save me a fortune. then again could grow them in my existing garden, if the foxes let me

hun, if you are being offered an allotment and can afford the £50, go for it!

allotments are so much in demand at the moment! there is a shortage of them.

you can grow your own veg and flowers. any excess veg or flowers you could always sell off or give to neighbours, etc.
