    Is it new projects or a rehash of old/previous projects just collated into one publication ? (I recognize the pink booties in the top left corner????) not completely sure though....

     Hmmm might give it a miss.

    Very glad its the weekend now. strange old day at the office but time to chill now and plan my weekend stitching project.

    Some helpful peeps have posted the thread numbers for the xmas mouse kit that came free with this month's WOCS on their facebook page :j - one person has supplied anchor numbers/someone else dmc :D

    out of interest, I want to stitch the Newton Bear that is in the new issue of WOCS but I don't have all the threads - I think I am missing just four. now I don't want to order them as I want to save the pennies - particularly as one colour that I don't have needs just four stitches ! so I intend to use what I have - will this be ok do you think ? and can I mix anchor and dmc threads ? i.e. if i don't have the colour in anchor but do have it in dmc - can I use it or because (in my opinion) dmc colours are bold, anchor more soft - will it look strange ?? (Hope I have made sense!)

    I think that it's a rehash because that main owl was in the magazine a while back - it's on my 'to do' list.

    I tend to mix Anchor in with DMC.

    managed to get off the sky and finally started a bit of titanic. ive done the band along the front with portholes in and the black bits of a radio mast so its starting to loo like something now

    It was something about being REALLY REALLY p'ed off (not gonna post here but its in my diary)

    And to top it I have snuggled in bed and left my stitching downstairs and now ???? ? have the energy to go get it. So will have to do a bit of one of the other UFO's next to my bed.
