    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to this board (although have been an MSEer for a while) and felt like saying hi because the postie brought me sparkly new threads for a gift I'm going to make and I had to tell someone! I always get excited when new cross stitchy things arrive.

    Haven't stitched since the weekend but I finally picked up my needle today and got some done. Still have my cold but it seems to be a little better today so I thought I'd take advantage.

    and I agree - i LOVE the HEAD designs but I just know I would never ever have the patience for them.

    I had an e-mail with details about the xmas mags and was slightly tempted.... but I have lots of xmas mags already and I recognise the DAN featured in the Cross Stitch xmas favourites mag so suspect i will already have most of the designs.

    In other news, may I remind everyone its FRIDAY tomorrow and I have a whole weekend of cross stitch planned :j

    oh and I bid on the margaret sherry xmas mouse/robin wocs kit (mag out today) but I didn't win. The winning bid was £9.50! :eek:
