Please explain what the unit values are in your graph for both valuation and time?
Now, lets compare your picture to a real graph, where does your picture correspond in relation to the mean line when compared to the proper graph.:wall:

A comic sketch is just there to be laughed at.
Well thanks Lite. I did think the comic sketch was quite funny.
More so because you so thoughtlessly fell into such a well defined (and predictable) stereotype without even realising it.
But don't let that stop you spamming the forum with identical irrelevant graphs.0 -

You need to focus into the detail.
It lets you down so badly.
My wording was very specific to say that the comic sketch was there to be "laughed at", not that it was "funny"
Nevermind, hopefully you'll realise the benefits of understanding what's written / shown factually.:wall:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Que 1000 page semantic argument. Not.
Your very much a details girl, aren't you Lite. Shame you,ve prove time and again that you're inclined to ignore those details you don't find to your liking.0 -

Don;t tar me with your brush, I regularly use the best indicators (LR and ROSEA).
I'm not too bothered about partial indices such as the ESPC and ASPC and prefer to see their figures in the more fuller capture of the data.
You don't like ROSEA as it doesn't tie in with your needs.
You don't like Halifax this month as it showed a rise.
You don't take things for what they are and only believe negative indices / articles.
Falls are falls, but rises are statistical skews etc in your book.
Dry your eyes and start seeing the reality.:wall:

Indeed. Unwilling to put your money where your mouth is.
Isn't that what I said.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »You don't like ROSEA as it doesn't tie in with your needs.

Nope. I don't mind the ROS at all. But is it a lagging indicator, so when it comes to dealing with the foaming attention of obsessive gals like yourself, a wee peek at the inevitable ROS future (i.e. the present) is swell.
No truck with Halifax either lite. So sorry.
Its just that I do like to considering the bigger picture with a degree of context and analysis, something you chaps (who lets face it utterly failed to see it coming) seem to lack.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »You don't take things for what they are and only believe negative indices / articles.
Of course you don't. You only refer to the positive indices.
Hence your pathetic (and demonstrably hypocritical -it has to be said) efforts to ignore the ESPC figures.
Honestly, I seems you're not called "light" for no reason.
Its like shooting fish in a barrel.IveSeenTheLight wrote: »Falls are falls, but rises are statistical skews etc in your book.

No darling. Rises are statistical skews when those who compile them are (and one would imagine would prefer not to be) compelled to admit the same, predict that it will drop out, and then sit back as we all watch it drop out.
I believe this has already been noted several times sweetie....you're clearly not paying attention.
I guess they simply had to admit the reality of the situation to avoid looking like chumps in the months ahead.
Entertainingly, looking like chumps is not something you and the rest of the gals seem to be bothered about. So thanks for being such good sports! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

LOL, I have "put my money where my mouth is" I've bought two properties which are providing a nice rental return.
You on the other hand are still waiting a time that's unlikely to materialise for you.
Sorry.
Nevermind, roll on next month when the stats might give you some restbite:wall:

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What diversionary exit are you dashing for now Lite?
Only, you suddenly seem to have lost interest in the topic in hand.
Hey, maybe if you didn't spend so much of your forum trolling time, you know, "in hand", you wouldn't have to spend so much time generating comedy smokescreens.
Just sayin' babe.0 -

oh dear, That light your looking at is the Interest rate rise/HPC freight train heading straight down the tunnel. In a year, prob less you won't be seeing lights you'll be seeing stars, red ones.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
