Sky TV downgrades

They used to allow you to downgrade online, but that is no longer possible.
Be aware that I phoned them some months ago to downgrade sports and movies, but they say I never made the call. Keep a date and time that you call them so that if they don't effect the downgrade after 31 days you can get back to them0 -

Go to the bottom post, click on the link, select which option on the left and then select email option on the right.
I have just done it to cancel the HD package. :beer:0
