If I were you I would be asking the lovely SS to create one of her lovely very strongly worded emails to TT explaining that whilst you would love to endorse their product on your mum-internet-group you are unable to do so because you appear to have faulty ones and see what they do.
Do you cold water sterilise? I think it does funny things to the rubber...
Really? Hmm thats weird, when you make the milk do you shake the bottle? I wondered if we had broke them somehow doing that? I mean I paid £30 for 6 they aint cheap are they lol
Now I stir the powder and water and dont shake the bottle at all
I put them in the TT sterilisre for the micorwave, which according to the steriliser instructions you can do lol
I like your Idea lol

Thanks Sami. I might be able to get to M and S tomorrow so I'll have a look to see if they have one in. Tescos is harder to get to, and my online shop was from Ocado and bizarrely they don't have any white iced cakes to order. Yours looked fab. I'm severely artistically challenged, so even using your tip I'm positive I won't be able to make mine look half so good, but I'll give it a go!
OR
you may be able to get some of these sent special delivery in time http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HANDMADE-BUILDING-BLOCKS-CHRISTENING-CAKE-TOPPERS-/330427771383?cmd=ViewItem&pt=Uk_Crafts_Cake_Decorating_MJ&hash=item4cef07a9f70 -

Dear TT,
I have been using your [name of bottles] since my son was born on the 16th March 2010. He suffers severely from colic and trapped wind, and so we felt that a bottle designed to prevent his swallowing more air than necessary was worth the money.
However, with each of these bottles, the rubber valve falls off either before or during a feed, which leads to his swallowing even more air and ending up in further discomfort.
As these bottles are relatively expensive (we paid £30 for 6) I had assumed that their quality and suitability for purpose were better than your competitors. We have followed the instructions exactly for making up, sterilising and storing the bottles, and wondered if we had received a bad batch, since we went with TT products because of recommendations as to quality from friends.
I would like to request that these bottles be replaced. I am happy to send you pictures of the damage on request.
With kind regards and yah boo sucks,

Ooh thanks Sami. The new layout is sexeh!
Kindof, i hope you get a reply from them. And at least some vouchers
Which reminds me, i ordered dominos pizza the other day and i filled out the feedback form they sent me.
I wasn't totaly satisfied with the order so i clicked the 'Neutral' option. And they called me to ask what was wrong.
I said it wasn't their fault, i just never had the thin and crispy before and upon trying it i didn't really like it.
So they have given me a money off voucher and a free garlic bread
Sm, you get 300 in a tub for £3.49 i think
