Not so fattening pasta

- 200g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tsp tomato puree
- 75g brocoli florets
- 1 carrot diced
- 50-75g pasta
- salt and pepper

put water on boil for pasta and cook according to packet. in a small pan bring the tomatoes, garlic and puree to the boil then simmer gently for 15 mins. over this pan place a steamer/colander and steam the brocolli and carrot. drain the pasta, arrange the brocolli and carrots on top and cover with the tomato sauce. season well.
