Here is my guidance for checking your cache if you miss a win.
I have no prior knowledge that this will result in a successful claim but hope it helps.
View your cache.
Firefox users-
Type [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Sans-serif]about:cache in the address bar and hit enter, then look down the list for any entries at the time of your win.
IE users-
[/FONT]Select "Tools" ¦ "Internet Options"
About halfway down the window, select "Settings" under "Temporary Internet Files"
Then in the next window select "View Files"
(They are stored by default on win2000 & XP in the following folder:
c:\Documents and Settings\user.machine\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files).
[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, Sans-serif]Then look down the list for any entries at the time of your win.
The url you need to find is - http://try.bigsnapsearch.com/scripts/track.asp?track=headerCardsMatch
Next you need to find the 2 cards that matched and should be listed one after the other. They will be a png file such as-
