With the Morgan Stanley Platinum card you have to get them to send you a form that you fill in and return for a PIN change. You can do it from your Account Centre online.Do Something Amazing - Give Blood0

From their website (always the best place to look)...
Will I be able to choose my own PIN?
Yes. If you want to change your PIN to something that you will find easier to remember, or if you forget the one we give you, you can request a self-select PIN form through our online Account Centre, or call us on 0800 02 88 990.

If you don't use your credit card for cash withdrawals, there is another option – you can get yourself a Chip & Signature Card from Morgan Stanley, or indeed any credit card issuer, then you don’t have to worry about any of the following issues:
Best PIN advice differs.
One card issuers says, “DO use our handy tips, & Choose a PIN - that is the same as your debit card”
Other banks (overseas) warn specifically against this. "Please do not use your Bank X account PIN for any other purpose (i.e. credit card).
The UK’s Card Industry says “Don’t use the same PIN for every Card”
How safe is your Chip & PIN card?
ATMs rigged, Stand Alone ATMs, tampered with, PIN pads at garages and shops. Tamper proof PIN pads, aren’t so tamper proof after all.
Vicitms of PIN based fraud.
One victim asked, why won’t the Bank believe me? Another this month on this forum posted another horrendous story.
Do you feel safer, with PINs?, Can you remember different numbers?
The decision is yours, PIN or Sign.
Chip & Signature.0 -
Card issuers, as far as I know, are not actually required to give you a chip and signature card unless you have a disability which stops you from being able to enter a PIN number.
Has it not occurred to you how incredibly insecure a signature is? If someone takes a signature card from you, they can use it in any shop anywhere without an issue - a signature is essentially zero security. For that reason alone, in my opinion anyone asking for a chip and signature card because they don't like PIN numbers is being very foolish indeed.0 -

Chip and PIN was meant to be the master stroke from the banks which would wipe out all fraud !
From the number of posts and reports in the media I get the distinct impression that the problem has got worse not better.0 -

Fraud will never disappear completely, chip and pin has reduced the amount of cardholder present fraud by a quite substantial amount, however this has had the knock on effect of cardholder not present fraud increasing, thus the recent launch of 'verified by visa' etc0 -
