Quick google and I found this:

Their website doesn't look too great either. Are you sure there's not a "bigger company" that will offer you the same/similar deal?"We are the change that we seek."0

I found that link after I posted it...lol..
Well they are the cheapest for Galaxy S with quidco and without the cashback scams...I am only worried if they send me a dodgy used/refurb SGS and don't give the quidco...
the closest one is affordable mobiles which seem to be worse as there are more horror stories about them.

Are you set on a certain phone, or do you want one with certain features?
What do you want with your contract too? Let me know and I'll have a dig around."We are the change that we seek."0 -
well I have ordered it from buymobilephones.net as they seemed slightly better so we will see how that goes only about £15 difference so not too bothered as long as there are no real issues.
thanks for the link though have used that site before to check for deals.0 -
Intomobilephones.co.uk Very dodgy. Ordered a phone last year and they failed to deliver the line rental discount as promised. Got fed up with chasing them and talking to disinterested call centre staff at my expense. They gave me the usual runaround and made promises to deal with matters but always came back with unreasonable excuses. Informed trading standards who are currently looking into matters but have explained to me that there is not much they can do. The business is dodgy, just check their whois entry. They are registered as a private non trading individual which is a violation of Nominet conditions. I have lost out to the tune of £240.00... make sure you dont.:(0

When I ordered a phone cable from them the ordering process didn't complete on the website but the payment was taken from my account. The item never arrived and when I contacted them by phone I was promised someone would look into it and phone me back but they never did. From the tone of her voice, I think it was clear the woman I spoke to didn't believe me. I have followed up with an email asking for a refund but I'm not hopeful. I do not recommend them, for obvious reasons!0

I ordered a phone charger from these cowboys some weeks ago, Told it would be sent within 2 days, but nothing arrived. Emails are not answered and the customer service phone number only goes to hold and is NEVER answered no matter how long u wait. I can only assume this company is no longer trading but still takes orders and payments0

Guys, I am about to take IMP to court over non-payment of my redemption. I sent a LBA a week back, sent several emails but absolutely zero response. Just wondering if anyone else has done this either with IMP or another cash-back cowboy?
Thanks for any tips you can pass on to me and the forum.

Interesting post. In May 2011 I bought 2 mobile phones for my children via Intomobilephones on a cash back deal. This required 5 cahsbacks on each phone, £71 each time, over the 18 month contract. The first 2 cashbacks were received via cheque, albeit not exactly prompt. The latest cashback I claimed for at the end of April 2012. I got the usual e-mail replies confiming receipt of the claims....then nothing.....i did get a response to one chasing mail promising a cheque but still nothing. So I currently have £142 outstanding, with a further £142 I am about to clazim for the 4th cash back claim and then there will be a final claim of £142 at the end of October 2012 - so I have a total at risk amount of £426....and as it stands right now, i can see my chances of getting any of that back declining rapdily.
I haven noted that previous discussions by others with Trading Standards have been a waste of time...so is this route not even worth taking? Aside from this, any advice on what actions or avenues are open to me here would be very much welcomed.
Many thanks
