Jules would you have a copy of the t&c, I have had to chase re jackpot joy points, i have received an email from Jackpot confirming sign up for 5th Sept and once I had chased pigsback for points they credited me with 1000, I emailed them back mentioning that I thought that the points offer was for 2000 (I wouldn't have done it otherwise) but they have today emailed advising that the 2000 points offer ended 4th Sept .
What can i do now, did anyone else join at the same time?0 -

From Audible's site, I emailed them to ask about trial membership cancellation. I received an automatic reply, indicating that cancellation online is easily achieved. Here is the info:
Question: Free trial cancellation
Answer:
If you are currently on an Audible Free Trial you can cancel online anytime prior to the renewal date shown in your online account (see example shown below).
In order to do this click on the headphones logo on the grey 'membership bar' (image below)
This will take you to your account where, under 'Listener Plan Info', you will see the link 'Cancel My Membership'Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -
