My order is on the way! Yay! The order was placed at about 6am Friday morning, with standard delivery scheduled for Tuesday. It is coming via DHL; still no listing yet as to whether it might actually arrive Monday. Guess who will be checking her tracking far too often today?0

I ordered mine on friday morning at 6.10am (I gave up at quarter to 1 and went to bed friday morning!) I got my despatch email today at 3.15pm to say all 4 of my hat boxes were on the way. They must have so many orders it's taking a while to get them all processed.Trying to sort my life out, and I'm going to get there!0

Managed 2 of these in my local Boots - that's presents for best friend and dil sorted! What a fantastic buy. Wish I could have bought one for myself too but conscience stopped me.Oh dear, here we go again.0

Hi can anyone help? Slightly off tangent... but I see that there is a Free gift with No 7 over a £22 spend on their web site.
Does anyone know when this started and if so do you know if it applies in store as well?
Its just that I bought a brilliant No 7 makeup box on Friday in store (OK I was in looking for S & G hat box..) for £40 and have just noticed the free gift offer now..

PS Thank you to all you lovely people who have saved me money this year. (Well that was the point in the beginning... but with all the bargains mentioned.) .. well you know what I mean!:j

I've had a despatch email too. Ordered at six thirty am. My delivery's not supposed to be until Tuesday, so might be lucky. Hope everyone manages to get one okay.0

I'm getting a bit fed up with this Soap and Glory thing, cos its just getting me down wanting one! Website crashed on me then sold out, lady at Trafford Centre said they had sold out to me when I was there but I saw a girl walking around with one at 10 pm at night and then I read someone elses post on here saying that day they had said you could get them if you queued at checkout and requested one even though they weren't on display there, St Anne's have sold out, Blackpool sold out in the first few hours and have said today they won't be getting anymore in EVER and then I come on here and read about people getting 12 at a time and I'm sick of talking to secretive SA's who sometimes seem to be lying to me (tip: the male SA's have been more helpful, I think because they aren't wanting one themselves lol)! I know I'm just a bit jealous and in the bigger scheme of things its really such a tiny thing but I wouldn't bother if I wasn't such a huge Soap and Glory fan and this would save me a small fortune - "and breathe"... rant over

Have you still got the receipt for the no 7 make up box you got? I would take it into Boots and tell them you didn't receive the free gift (it would show on receipt if you did) and they should give you one. HTH.
Oh,the offer has been on for a while now and i think it goes on to beginning of Jan . It applies both on line and in store.0 -

Will check the receipt - and I am intending to go to Boots tomorrow as I heard that Boots "may" be getting more S & G hat boxes in. Well the SA told me to phone in the morning - not that I intend to start a rumour of course!!
Now do you know what I mean about me "saving" (?) money.:rolleyes:0
