Erm... I was told that mine will take 6 weeks to settle down:eek: - and that's assuming that I actually do what I'm supposed to
. So make sure you do your rest & ice, try not to stand on it more than you have to, and do some stretches/circles. It sounds as if you're coping with yours about as well as I've put up with mine .
Bum. That long? I'm doing the stretches and circles but forgot the ice yesterday. It's fine again this morning - all the swelling's almost gone but it was like that yesterday morning and by the evening, it had ballooned... I could actually feel it swelling as I sat in a meeting in the office yesterday....
Dreamywings - hope the kids recover soon
Juliejim - wishing you good obs vibes for today
I have a shifted day today. I'm not leaving until 10amish but consequently won't be home until about 5.30ish but such is life....I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

Got absolutely nothing done yesterday. JSA interview thingy was completely draining
so moped for the rest of the day until FIL came around with a playpen for GrotBot (well his nose has stopped running so I had to change it slightly:rolleyes:) which means I can get on while he's playing rather than being tied to his room where his toys are;)
So today I'm hoping to break the back of yesterday and today's lists (have deleted the bits I haven't got) - we'll see....

hi off on a hhc but before i do just quick wanted to tell u of my new book i swapped its amazing it has me to a tea its called messies no more its brill this bit is really me
messies always have good intentions. they keep old clothes, convinced that someday they will mend them or update them. they have stashes of greetings cards they purchased but never got around to sending.
messies are forgetful, so they keep everything out where they can see it.
messies are perfectionists, so they live in clutter and chaos because theres never enough time to do everything according to their high standards.
messies are implusive, so when they decide to bake something special at the last minute they rarely have the ingredients the recipe calls for.
messies are impatient, so they use salt, pepper, and sugar from the containers they are purchased in because transfering them to shakers or sugar bowls takes to much time.
not got to how to change yet but i'm loving it so far
off on a hhc at 9.15-9.450 -
First HHC complete - another HHC 9:30 - 10:00 then coffee while I update my list
