    gogohamster.com is my stock checker and it is not sending out emails at this time. It is certainly something that I would consider adding in future but as of now I am of the same opinion as David (Character), that by the time batches of email would get sent out, the stock would be sold before the emails all got finished (you can't just blast one big email to everyone simultaneously).

    I do recommend use of stockcheckers like mine (others exist, but I am biased in favour of the breadth of stores on mine).... it found online stock today that noone else did ... but don't ignore the services of the folks here like MaxiMouse her 5 minute refresh may beat the stockcheckers :rotfl:... but emails are not likely to be reliably fast in this scenario .. In My Opinion.

  • sorry i've got to rant... i'm fuming!
    went to Toys R Us earlier; which I've been doing on a daily basis since the beginning of my hamster hunt so about 2 weeks now; only twice of those times have I managed to find stock and buy something (once was Chunk & a Garage; and the other time was 3 beds in diff. colours & 3 carriers in diff colours) I keep seeing the same manager so I keep asking him (or custom services) about expected deliveries (I must be !!!!ing him off I guess?) as today while I was at customer services asking as usual if they knew of any deliveries that manager came over and said "Go Go Hamsters? Well you're not getting any anyway!" hmm !!!!!!? I was like "huh?" and was told that "I'm buying too many and therefore selling them on Ebay" and again "huh???" explained exactly what I'd bought from them and that those are for my kids and not ebay! i mean !!!!!! I've been struggling enough just to find stuff for my kids and still am struggling as missing loads; anyway, he still said I wasn't going to be allowed to buy any?! What?!! I'm sooo going to write a big complaint to the Head Office as soon as I find there details; I'm sooooo annoyed at them; been wasting my time there every bloody day in hope to buy from them and get rewarded by being black listed !!!!!! :confused: :mad: I can't believe they can make such false accusations; is there anything you guys can think of that I can do apart from writing to the Head Office? Should I show up there with my kids and their birth certificates or something :S grrrrr

    I would like to make all you ladies aware of a company that i feel properly concerned about.
    I bought some go go stuff from HOORAY FOR TOYS on tuesday night , i bought 2 houses, 4 hamsters and some beds and carriers for my FOUR DAUGHTERS . I went into check my order status yesterday afternoon only to find it had been cancelled .I rang the company and spk to women who asked me my name and without looking at order said straight away yes i cancelled it and sent you a email last night ( wed n ight ) ,when i advised i hadnt got the email and asked her the reason why she cancelled she said really rudely , the reasons are in the email check your spam, so i said ive checked the spam and its not there , she then said im terminating this call im not being spken to lke this,when all i had done was ask why order had been cancelled .
    After much trying to call back for over a hour and no answer on the phone i decdied to call today.I have checked my bank only to find she took money for order YESTERDAY , when she said she cancelled it the night BEFORE....I am very worried there is no answer on the phone and no email adviseing why cancelled , and no refund.
    This is extremly worrying and confusing .I see she has put a note on web saying rude customers etc and only 2 per item, well i wasnt rude and have 4 girls all of which want go gos .There was nt any restrictions on the site when i ordered and i paid the rrp price .

    They should of not takem my money and especially if she said she cancelled the night before .So [TEXT DELETED], now not answering the phone all day and from half 4 yesterday .

    I have now had to resort to doing a charge back on my card.
    Money mad saving mom of 4 gorgeous girls, one with special needs, shes special and i needed her ..x

    Balls, surf and skateboards + more funhouses due into the country next week .. so don't give up hope.

    Refunds take a short while to come through, Hooray for toys have had restrictions on their site for ages about limited amounts, which will be why they have cancelled your order.
    They will not know that you have 4 people to buy for.
    I have had 2 orders from them, fast safe and secure.
