    the sunderland tj hughes said the same thing to me that they had neva heard of them and they have neva had them in

    This is extremly worrying and confusing .I see she has put a note on web saying rude customers etc and only 2 per item, well i wasnt rude and have 4 girls all of which want go gos .There was nt any restrictions on the site when i ordered and i paid the rrp price .

    This is DISGUSTING SERVICE [TEXT DELETED].
    They should of not takem my money and especially if she said she cancelled the night before .[TEXT DELETED], now not answering the phone all day and from half 4 yesterday .

    I have now had to resort to doing a charge back on my card.

    Alot of people on this forum have ordered from them and find them to be very good and the lady very helpfull. I have not ordered from them yet because i only need one thing and keep missing it.

    She has said to people of this forum and on her website that she will cancel orders for large amounts.

    Don't panic just yet regarding your money, its possible that the payment went through at the time you placed your order, which since has not been fulfilled they would then either reverse or refund the transaction which can take up to 5 working days to credit back onto your account.

    And don't worry I don't work for a toy shop, I used to work in a bank the store should at least have the decency to tell you their standard practise in this scenario.

    The order and payment was probably processed before the amounts were noticed and cancelled, payments always take a day or so to show up on bank statements etc, and the same if not longer to go back on.

    It only said restrictions on the houses that was minimum of 2 which is what i needed .

    Glad you have done well but it doesnt alter the fact that she took my money and wont asnwer the phone [TEXT DELETED].Also today when play listed stock and amazon i couldnt buy any as card was up to limit .

    As explained, the money was probably taken right away via the website when you ordered, this can take a day or so to show up (hence the delay)
    It would then have been manually cancelled.
    I'm sure that restrictions were in place on Tuesday night on Hammies, or perhaps not seeing other posts, my mind is hammy scrambled!
    Hopefully the refund will show in a few days and you can try again elsewhere.
