You'll know you really have the bug/should lie down in a dark room when you have too many points for perfume, but can't bear to spend them.
I decided to turn my accumulated fortune into a buggy for my pregnant daughter, but she's just had twins and Boots don't sell a twin pushchair that will fit through her front door.
Edit - does anyone know why some shortened quotes appear really neatly, and others are a mess like this?0 -
its funny how attached you get to the points on yr card, last week I had around £120 worth of points probably not as much as some people on here, but it was loads to me, and for months Ive been saying I was going to get some perfume, weeks went by and then finally last wk I decided to buy the rock princess by vera wang with the free gift for £32, great bargain, but when I got out of the shop and looked at how many points I had used I felt like I'd been robbed, lolI luv freebies0

I thought I saw the new one!!!!forgot to get it because was sooo nervous about the expert glitch working!:p It did work though but it was in a tiny weeny boots so not much choice of expert things to buy.....bought 2 expert things at £2.98 each and paid £3.20 for those plus two 29p shower gels!:T:T:T0 -
Neither do I, but from what I understand from my mum who has used it, it is a very light spray, but she uses as it stops moisture making your straightened hair go frizzy in humidity and does not leave your hair stiff or cause build up.
How can it clog the straightenersif it is used after styling to 'set' the hair and then do the fine modern hairsprays not brush out more or less so there is very little dry product left on the hair, should you straighten inbetween washes? I'm confused

Gosh, i have to straighten my hair too much! I almost wish curly hair was back in. I haven't tried the hair spray with the anti frizz stuff in it, so might give it a go for 44p after hair care moc, thanks for posting that.
But i have used lee stafford and trevor sorbie heat protection and styling sprays, both after washing before straighteners and in between washes.
The op is right they play havoc with the plates!!! Grrr  my set of vidal sassons were ruined, now i have ghd and don't ever go near them with any of the sprays, just the plain expert silicone gel from boots which is very cheap but great to use and might work with the glitch .
Honestly i went out yesterday looking like Anthea turner perfect housewife all glossy and straightened and came back looking like a poodle. I looked in the mirror and thought, who is that woman, lol.
So it just a matter of hair type really. I am so jealous of those who like you have no need to
straighten your hair. Want to swap?:p:p
Hotpot 4 are the new mags out then? nice list of offers btw. Thanks Anthea
Off to get one of those mags.0 -
Thanks Op for the Expert glitch (think it was Sally06
) I decided I would get the scar serum as I have a few scars to use it on. It worked and I only paid £2.60 odd!:j SA was very impressed and I hot tailed it out before she could scrutinise it too much. Will be doing a similar transaction tomorrow!

Oh goodie no good vouchers in there for me unless someone finds a great glitch.
Means more money in purse for me0 -
The only one of the H&B mag vouchers I'm remotely tempted by is the 17 one, but then I don't really need new make-up per se...
Just another small reminder - there is a 200 points when you buy two Gorgeous Feet products voucher in with the posted out vouchers that I mentioned earlier, and I think that lasts til mid August (will check exact dates later), so there should still be some time to get the stuff if you've got one of those."A mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge." - Tyrion LannisterMarried my best friend 1st November 2014Loose = the opposite of tight (eg "These trousers feel a little loose")Lose = the opposite of find/gain (eg "I'm going to lose weight this year")0 -
