    Hi,

Can anyone shed me light on where did you get these Purina £4.49 and £3.00 coupons please.......?????????

Sorry but I tried to search the thread but can't seem to find..????

    Thanks in advance,
    idlesaver
I make a point of reading every single post(I get the email alerts) and that way you do not miss out on the valuable extra info that is added by the very kind people that use this forum...so when the Purina challenge ( dog)was added, a very kind person made a post that advised to accept the challenge( don't just get the coupon) and then you would get a follow on email, which I did...that then asked me a couple of questions and supplied a link for 2 x £4.49 coupons...I did the same with the cat version, got the moc to print and then a £3 coupon together with a free sample was mailed directly to me...OK it is a little more time consuming reading all the posts( being retired , I have plenty of time) but when you are saving so much cash it is well worth the effort.I also try and find time to 'google' for moc's...I came across the Nicorette coupon by doing just that.I know I have not found loads and loads but the few I have found and posted on here means ' every little helps'....

My father-in-law signed up today for a cat then a dog - he went to http://www.purinaone.co.uk/uk/ and clicked Cat first - registered his cat, took one month challenge. Later on he re-visited http://www.purinaone.co.uk/uk/ and did the dog one. No problem.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

This was pm to me by somebody who cannot use their printable coupons:-

    Dear Customer,
]Re: Your recent experience redeeming an Internet-printable coupon(s).

My name is xxx, Retailer Relationship Manager for Couponstar Ltd and CouponNET® the only printable-coupon distribution network in the UK.

We’re very sorry to hear about your negative experience whilst attempting to redeem one of our clients Internet-printable coupons in Tesco. Let me reassure you, all major UK grocery chains accept our coupons, in fact, we’ve issued coupons on behalf of many of these very same retailers! All major UK grocery retailers have assured us that their corporate policy is to accept Internet-printable coupons and that they’ve actively communicated this down to store level. That said, Store Managers do still retain the ability to reject a coupon(s) at their discretion, this may be because they have adopted their own policy for a variety of other reasons (i.e. print quality and so on). Couponstar distributed coupons (being consumer-printed) are subjected to higher level of scrutiny and despite widespread acceptance, we do see some low level incidences of rejection (less than 1%).

We take all reported incidents of rejection very seriously and have a procedure to help educate the stores in question and eradicate any rejections. With your permission, we would like to contact the Store Manager and/or Customer Service Manager in question and send them an education pack that will make them aware of your negative experience and clearly explain the reasons why they should have accepted your coupon(s). Please be assured we will not reveal your name or personal contact details to the retailer unless you explicitly instruct us to do so. If you haven’t already done so, could you please provide us with the full address of the store in question?

Thank you in advance for your assistance, we do hope you will continue to use Couponstar and CouponNET® coupons that you may receive in the future.

    Yours Sincerely,
    Campaign Manager[/font]

So if more people complain to couponnet something could be done at your T branch.
