How often (or not!) have you won prizes?

I try and enter about 30 a day - but sometimes I manage a few more and there are days when I can't come on here at all. Haven't managed any biggies yet but have been having a couple of small wins a month.

I don't have as much time as I used to , so I currently only enter the comps that are closing the next day, and the comps that are closing in a month's time - so today I enter for 15th January, and 15th February (I've already tried to enter the comps for the dates inbetween).
But at least this way, i'll have entered most of the comps well in advance, and then by doing the ones that end the following day, I'll hopefully catch those that i've missed. If I have time i enter comps that really interest me just starting at page one and going from there. (Oh, and I do some of the dailies!)
Does that make any sense at all??!
So, i'm not really sure how many I enter each day, but I seem to get a win once or twice a week at the moment.

entered thousands upon thousands of competitions since august and won absolutely nothing.

then i see people whining that they have had a dry spell then notice their sig and see things like

"October wins: Holiday to LA, £250 vouchers, dvd boxset. November Wins: xbox and games, blu ray movies, case of wine"

etc etc

..............

Never won anything from this forum, but still crossing my fingers, also never won anything full stop!!

I do on average 100-200 a day but I've not been quite as lucky as some compers on here. I DO win but my most valuable ever prize was worth under £200. During a good month I'll win 6-10 prizes (CD's, books stuff like that). One month recently though I managed to win nothing at all :rotfl:

I started comping in December and have been really lucky. I won a hamper from Jordans Cereals, a craft bundle, a craft storage box and stamp, a book (only one not arrived yet) and a signed comic strip art poster. This month I have been overwhelmed with how lucky I've been (see siggy) and am seriously addicted to this hobby now.

I too only enter what takes my fancy (obviously craft stuff

) and I don't enter competitions from magazines for, say, over 50's but do enter on behalf of my girls for the kiddy comps.I read the beginners guide when I first started and did what it suggested - I went to the very last page of the comps and worked my way backwards - it took about 3 days but I think it was worth it. Now I spend an hour catching up when I have my lunch and do an odd 10 mins here and there through the evening. I would never complain about a 'dry spell' because I just feel so lucky to get anything. My sister says I'm a jammy minx this month as she never wins anything BUT as I told her - she never ENTERS anything! :rotfl:

I have decided to stop doing the lottery now as have never won a thing on that so feel I am chucking money away wheras I seem to be quite lucky here.

I think I enter around 50 a day, but up to hundreds on some days (like the end/beginning of the month ones as I still do comps ending).

I've won quite a lot, but they really are like buses. Had nothing/very very little for the first 6 months of coming but was VERY lucky in December and quite lucky so far in Jan

I work full time, have 3 kids and am doing a degree so only enter between 100 and 200 comps a month, whenever I have a spare minute.

I don't have roboform and never enter my tel number so that limits me a little. I managed to win over £3000 worth of prizes last year, including the wins in my signature and a digital camera. However, I think that I was very lucky and don't anticipate winning as much this year (although I live in hope)

I have only recently started really - probably since beginning of this month - do about 20-30 a day if I can. Not won anything yet.

Last year I did some postal ones - local magazines/papers. Won 12 x vouchers for deoderant lol! That was all!

How often (or not!) have you won prizes?
