    Another piece of information gleaned from Moneysupermarket: The same person who spoke to someone at the FSCS was told to ring them around 20th october if no email received by then (God forbid!).

    I think one can deduce from this that the FSCS are hoping to get most emails out by the end of next week ... or am I hopelessly clutching at straws?

    By the way, anyone received their 2nd email today?

    Hey, just had a thought. Do you think we may be entitled to claim for lost interest now that the Governor of Landsbanki has stated that he intends to compensate UK and Dutch depositors?
