    Hi In Search of me

If you use the milk..you are best to let it dry on anyway and wash it off in the morning... you just have to put up with smelling like sour yogurt in the morning...so lie on a towel to save having to wash all the bedding

    Sunburn....in fact any itching skin.......

Lukewarm water in the bath & good helping of Bicarb:p Very good for children's chicken pox too!!

I got rid of a lot of thistle in the garden yesterday. When I chopped down the stems to put in the bag for the dump, I wondered if the gloopy sap would be any use--as in aloe type stuff:confused:

Then I wondered how much it would be to post it all to you:rotfl:

I daresay you already have this recipe from the Grocery Challenge, but thought you might like to consider it for making up little gifts for crimbo prezzies.

    COCONUT BITES.

    200g Condensed Milk
    100g dessicated coconut
    8oz icing sugar (approx)
    8oz chocolate of your choice

    1) Mix milk & coconut.
    2) Add enough sugar to make a stiff dough.
    3) Form dough into bite-size pieces & shape as required, leaving them on a tray to firm up.
    4) Refridgerate--over-night preferrably.
    5) Melt the chocolate & use to coat the mix. Leave to set if you can:p

I'm trying to work on the offspring, to encourage them to eat more pulses...how difficult would it be to blitz them first to stir into their usual grub? ;) I WILL win this one!

ISOM - I'll send him round now, it's the least I can do!! Sorry it hurt, I've never had that reaction! Maybe your bleach is stronger than mine? That post should have a health warning, I'll edit it in!

Seriously tho, I can't send DH as he's got a friend with him towing the car from where it broke down in front of the Castle.

it would appear my DH is even more frugal than me and had made a saving on roadside assistance- by not having any. There are extremes of money saving even I flinch at!!!

What do peeps think of the new index?

I'd like to do another nutrient spiel, what do people fancy?

    Love weezl x
