If it is free I don't tend to moan. But what annoys me is that no one there seems to know what they are doing.
I am doing what they say but getting no points I have had no price runner points awarded since 8th october. Seeing as I do them every day I should be getting points at least once a month or more as the 60 days are coming up.
And they still owe both me and my husband 450 points for ordering a car brochure.
Mutual points for are one of the worse cash back sites. The others I am with seem to have no problems awarding my points in a timely manner.

Completely different question - I've read a few places on this forum about Mutual Points paying £20 for 3000 points - but on the website it says it pays out £25 when you reach 15,000 rewards. Any idea whats going on? When I go to mutualpoints.co.uk it gets forwarded on to themutual.net - is that normal? I'm confused?!0

They definitely pay £20 cheque once you reach 3000 points.
I got a bit worried when I read your post and checked.
This is what it said in redeem section:
Get a cheque from MutualPoints.comOnce you've earned 3,000 or more points you can redeem them for cash by following these two easy steps:
- Check your address is correct (minimum 3 lines plus postcode).
- Click the button below marked "Redeem Points".
3,000 Points are worth £20.00.
Every additional 750 points are worth £5.00.[/url]

"mypoints" and "themutual" merged back in 2003 to become "mutualpoints".
If you were originally with "themutual" you will be earning "units" whereas if you were with "mypoints" you will be earning "points" which are in different denominations ie 1 "point" = 5 "units". If you have units, this gives you the option of converting to shares in themutual instead of cash if you prefer. I think you have the option to switch between points and units but the conversion will take into account the different denominations so you won't be any better off.
I think their system must detect from your cookies whether you are registered for points or units and divert you to the relevant site ie themutual.net in your case.0 -
This might help if your points arent gettin awarded. Girlfriends kids installed yahoo toolbar (without asking) and iv had no points awarded since, i think the pop up blocker has something to do with it, so try disabling your blocker when searching. I dont use them as i dont browse !!!!!! sites and such and dont have trouble with pop ups from any of my mutualpoints searches. Hope this is helpful0

Not really as I have not changed anything on my machine software wise in the last 3 months. And it is not case of not getting any points I do in very small dribs and drabs and I also use other freebie and cashback sites and they are working fine for me.
So I am still at thestage. But I did get 450 points for the brochure after I resent the e-mail asking why it had taken over 4 weeks to answer my e-mail. But I will check my browser as I use firefox and it has inbuilt pop up protection. But as I said above I have been using firefox for months and months long before the problem occured.
I got a message that told me that there servers had problems and lots of mail lost. If that was the case why was nothing put up on the website asking people who had mailed on a certain date to mail again
But hey ho back up to 550 points at the moment.
