Grabbing GWPs
had a chat with a friend about the ethics of getting GWPs that are promoed as being for Max Factor purchases for example and the friend practially accused me of stealing so when I picked my mouth up off the floor and calmed down pointed out that
a) for years boots charged over the odds as they had no compettion and its payback time
b) the GWPs go through as having no monetary value and one is making other purchases
c) they GWPs tend to be samples and old stock so contribuitng to future purchase choices
so if you get into conversation about the ethics of GWPs hold your ground and get them.
Three cheeers for martin and the bank charge progress btw
I'm taking this as a personal attack that is being aimed at myself in regard to the recent postings where posters have stated that they've taken multiple gwp's without purchasing the products, and in some cases with no purchases at all.
Until this area is sorted out, I'm reporting this post, and leaving it for admin to make a decision.Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive. ~ Sir Walter Scott0 -

I was quite funny because the sa put my hairspray in a bag and the lady next to me picked my bag up and walked out. it wasnt untill i was handed my reciept and asked where the hairspray was, we then realised what happened(i wonder if she returned he hairspray or kept it?) so sa had to go and get me more hairspray:TGoing to CO tomorrow so will check out any bargains there, 'little B boots' had reduced deodorants ( biosen and mitchum sticks/rollons) not sure if you know anyone who has a baby but they also had Dr Browns bottles for £2.xx for a pack of 2, these are normally £10.xx. newborn avent teats (slowest flow)£1.00 reduced from £4.00 also some reduced Boots own baby products and on Bogoff. All these are on the normal shelves not the clearance.
Don't know whether you spotted Sams post but gorgeous bags are now in 'big B boots'

Great list thanks
Olay TE effects hand cream does not work (wish it did!), tried in 2 stores today on own and with all vouchers you mention for olay. We figured it was cos of the 'facial skincare' clause on the spit, yet the Time Delay hand and nail cream works??
Really strange how boots operates its own 'definitions'...
