    I recently cancelled my virgin contract and switched to sky, I then sent back all the equipment via their bag but they have emailed me to say that a super hub was missing and would be billed £40. I phoned them as canít seem to access my account online anymore and they said it was an old super hub that we replaced in 2018 (which I canít even remember happening). Is it normal for them to charge for equipment that was replaced over a year ago? They didnít really understand me over the phone. Just wondering if anyone has been successful in escaping this charge for old equipment?
