Worried my ISA has gone
Kford
I decided I would transfer my Lloyd’s ISA to virgin money as they gave a better interest rate . I checked my bank account today and noticed my ISA has gone . Fully expecting it to be in my new virgin money ISA . To my shock there is nothing in my virgin money ISA .
I wish now i had not messed with it as I am so worried it’s gone .

It won't have vanished and will simply be 'in transit', but don't worry, you won't lose interest while it's on the way. Cash ISA transfers must complete within three weeks, so if you're past that then contact Virgin for an update (assuming you used their ISA transfer process?).0

A lot of transfers still use cheques to send the money from one bank to the other. So, you expect a day or two where the money leaves, is sent and then is added at the new bank.0
