EE Return Policy

I took out a contract for my son via EE and there are some minor problems with the phone, the power button was sticking occasionally and I took it to the EE store before the 14 day period and they said they couldn't do anything about it. He said he keeps having some problems and just wants to return the phone but we contacted EE online and they can't do anything about it since it was purchased in a store, he expressed his unhappiness but is there anything we can do at this point?

    Faulty return to the point of sale .
    Where/ how purchased online or in store .


    Fault or just does not like the phone ??
