Anyone have any idea where I would stand with this.
As far as I am concerned I am out of contract, my online account shows my last order as Jan 2018 and it was for 12 months.
There are no subsequent orders in the history - but now when I have called they're saying I have to pay 170.00 to early terminate an 18 month contact that was started Jan 2019 (to which I have no knowledge?)

Ask them for written communication of a new contract that commenced in January 2019.0

I wrote this while on the call - it was long - but they have waived the fee
