Hi
I am currently a first time buyer with ny partner (who previously owned a home) .
Are we able to put money from her account into the LISA in my name as joint savings or will this flag up anx cause issues with deposit /mortgage?

She can give you money and you can pay it into your LISA. It becomes your money the moment it is paid into an account in your name. There are no issues with this providing she doesn't try to claim any means tested benefits, where the gift could be taken as deprivation of assets.0
