AirBaltic Claim Address

I need to send off one of your template letters regarding a claim to AirBaltic but cant seem to find an actual address for them. Contacted them via facebook and they just said it had to be done via their online claims form. But it's very small and doesnt hold much information. Anyone dealt with them before?

Always avoid template letters wherever possible.
Use their complaint process.
You'll get a better response on the travel boards, unless it's a specific complaint about how they have charged or used your credit card.0 -
