    Hi
    Joined Talktalk in Febuary and have not had voicemail since I joined
    been onto Customer Service 5 times without any luck.I must admit everyone told me not to switch but thought in can't be that bad (How wrong I was) is this grounds for leaving as I'm not getting the service I thought I would get.
