Junior Cash ISA

I've just tried to transfer my kids' Junior Cash ISAs to TSB and they wouldn't let me (after wasting 50 mins filling out forms etc) because it is their policy not to accept Child Trust Funds - even though they haven't been CTFs since 2015 when the Government relaxed the rules allowed you to transfer them to Junior Cash ISAs. Has anyone else come across this - it would have been helpful if they had that little nugget of information displayed on the website - that's time I'll never get back!!
