    This appears to have little to do with the MSE complaints, which are about an apparent IT problem.

    If there are errors in the spelling of names, that’s exactly what they are. They aren’t name changes because there is no change of passenger.
    Charging for passenger changes when there aren’t any is ludicrous.

    The fact they have doubled the time should be applauded rather than berated.
    They are what they are. If you dont like them or their business model, book a different airline and probably pay a lot more too.
    If you book a flight. you now have 48 hours instead of 24 to check all the details are EXACTLY right. whats hard or bad about that ?
