Orange 241 cinema help please
I have a Nokia which I unlocked.
I sent off for an orange sim card which cost £1.00
I have registered the orange sim and have received a welcome txt message from Orange.
I received a 2nd message sayong Orange have put £1.00 on the phone.
Yesterday I text film to 241 but haven't had anything back
I tried again today but still haven't had a text back.
Each time I saw 'message sent' on the phone.
I have checked my balance and it staill says £1.00 balance.
Please could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Which Nokia do you have? You may need to set the SMS Message centre Number to the orange service centre number to be able to send a text. Do you get the message sent confirmation? I believe the service centre number is +447973100973 or +4479731009740

Here is your answer:
* no charge for requesting a text ticket via the 241 IVR or by text
* 35p charge to receive the text message that contains the text ticket
* standard charges for WAP browsing if requesting a ticket by WAP
The £1 credit given to you is a 'multibundle' and is not actual credit.
This credit can be used generally for: standard rate sms, calls, data browsing etc.
premuim rate sms/calls/international rated calls/texts/ not incl.
therefore 35p to receive the SMS will not work from the multibundle. you'll need to top-up

Ah, thanks. That would account for it as it does say that the message has been sent ~ thanks
